Fermenter status

Latest batch and last sampled stage per fermenter. Flags follow the agreed rule: a batch is flagged at its endpoint (F-Transfer, or Final where F-Transfer is absent) if any byproduct — lactic acid, acetic acid or glycerol — breaches its endpoint limit. Flags appear once thresholds are set.

Endpoint performance by batch

HPLC ethanol (left axis) and byproducts (right axis) at each batch's endpoint. Bars turn red when a set threshold is breached.

Thin-slop (recycling water) is excluded from trajectories — see the stage rail and readings table. Overlay batch shown dashed.

Stage readings

Set a lower and/or upper limit for any parameter at any stage — blank means no limit. Breaches recalculate immediately on every tab, and your limits are saved in this browser automatically. Use Matrix to see and edit everything at once, or Single parameter for a focused view with each stage's observed sample range. Send us the exported JSON and it becomes the system's default limits.

Import limits from JSON

One alert per (batch, stage, parameter) on first breach — the raise-once rule proposed to prevent alert fatigue. In production these route to the plant's production manager and QC head via the app and WhatsApp.

Client QC-lab alcohol vs Catalyst HPLC ethanol at each batch endpoint — the side-by-side trust view. Set a tolerance to flag divergence for investigation. Note: units are not defined in the source data; a % v/v vs % w/v basis difference could explain part of the gap and must be confirmed.

Corrections already applied (decimal commas, time formats, one duplicated row removed) are logged in the accompanying workbook. The items below still need The Catalyst Group's input.
